Ever think of stop smoking? Probably you did but you do not know how. Want an easy way to stop smoking, but you do not know how. Don't worry, you are not alone. I have been smoking for the past 18 years before I have decided to stop smoking. I smoke an average of 20 sticks a day. I tried to quit many times that I could possibly remember, but each time I failed.

One day I was so sick, I feel faint all the time, frequently black out, I went to see doctor and I was diagnosed with high blood pressure, doctor told me to stop smoking before it got worst. At the age of 30, the reading of my blood pressure was high! I was having difficulties in breathing, I could not even climb stairs, and I was panting like mad. I am sure you know how bad smoking is for you and those around you. I have realized this and I hope it’s your turn now! How harmful tobacco is only explains why I should quit.
